Ava August
Ava August was 14 when she did a show in the Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles before an SOLD packed audience. It was the time when Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August had been booked by the Los Angeles Galaxy as well as Los Angeles Dodgers, two professional teams in baseball and soccer. But COVID-19 compelled them to cancel the performances. At the age of 15, Ava August also became the youngest to ever perform and be on American Idol season 19. Ava won the coveted gold trophy during the Audition Round. She then advanced to the Genre, Duet, Showstopper and Celebrity/Solo top 16 as well as Top 10 Rounds. Ava made it into America's TOP 10 for the year. Ava August sang two originals on American Idol - Neighbor Boy and Ghost of You. Ava performed a duet that is incredibly strong along with Josh Groban, an internationally-acclaimed artist. Ava August has also released Daybreak, a critically acclaimed song at the age of fifteen. The track was followed by her debut animated music video. In the week of 11/01/20 Daybreak was played on KX 93.5 FM and Tropical Surf Hour. Daybreak ran on the 29th of November, 88.5FM Los Angeles/OC, within Southern California to 11M listeners.
