Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor who is known for her roles in a variety of categories in the film and television theatre. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney Sept. 6 53) was an American actor in the film industry. Carpenter says that the actress turned down his offer to portray Laurie Strode. Anne isn't aware of having been invited with the name of John Carpenter or being offered the role. Perhaps her agent turned the part away without informing Anne. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He wrote a rough script. She initially rejected the role since the character did not seem strong. Glen later wrote the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The Living Legend, the first 25 pages of which she read and was subsequently accepted. It ran for a single season. Also, she starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. In addition, she co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
